Our business, Rishcon Building Elements (Opc) Private Limited, is based at House No. 235 in Vijaygad. If you’re looking for us, we’re out in the Wada Taluka, near the post office in Kudus. Palghar is where we do most of our work. This is an OPC, so it’s a small operation, but we stay pretty busy. We focus on building elements, which are just the parts and pieces that make a house or a factory solid. Wada is known for having a lot of these types of industrial setups. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the action is. We started this because we saw that people needed good materials for their projects. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one for this part of Palghar. The office is right there at Vijaygad. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy during the monsoon, but we keep the machines running anyway. We handle the manufacturing and the selling ourselves. It’s a lot of physical work and logistics. We have a few workers who have been with us since the day we opened. We don't bother with marketing or anything like that. If people like the blocks or elements we make, they tell their neighbors. That’s how we’ve grown, just by word of mouth. It’s an honest living for everyone involved here at the shop.
