Amar Estate

We’ve been set up here in Bhayander East for quite a while now. Our spot is right by the Shirpa Hotel, which most people around here know pretty well. It’s a busy part of town and we spend most of our days just talking to folks looking for a place to stay or maybe a small shop to rent. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and look over maps and paperwork. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside but we’re used to it. Dealing with property in Isanpur means we see all sorts of people, from young couples to old shopkeepers. We know these streets like the back of our hand. If someone asks about a specific building, we usually have an answer because we've been walking these lanes for years. It’s honest work and we try to keep things clear so nobody gets confused. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just our name Amar Estate on the front. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there with the door open to get some air. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, new buildings coming up where there used to be empty lots. Our office is just a regular place where local business happens every day. It’s just us here, making sure people find what they need without too much fuss or complicated talk. We like it that way.
