PROLINE BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the Sonam Ganga CHS Ltd in the Old Golden Nest area of Thane. We are in Phase-6, and our office is unit D/203. It is a residential housing society, so the office has a very local, neighborhood feel to it rather than a cold, corporate one. Working from a CHS means we are often surrounded by the sounds of families and the general buzz of the housing complex. Our office is on the second floor, and it is where we manage all our building and construction activities. The space is filled with the usual things you would expect, like computers, printers, and shelves full of project documentation. Thane is a big area, and being in Old Golden Nest puts us in a good position to oversee our various worksites around the city. We spend most of our time here coordinating with laborers, ordering materials, and making sure the billing is all correct. It is a small, busy team and we tend to just get on with things. There is nothing fancy about the setup; it is just a functional office where we can sit down and focus on the details of the buildings we are constructing. People from the society sometimes stop by to ask about our work, and we are happy to give them a quick update. It is a practical and honest way to run a building company.
