Poly Real Estate Private Limited is just us working out of a small space in the Unique Rashmi building. We are located at 216 on Agashi Road. It’s a busy part of town and the street noise comes in through the windows sometimes. We spend our days mostly looking at property papers and talking to people who come by the housing society. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We’ve been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Usually, the morning starts with making some tea and going through the messages from the day before. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running high. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just handle the real estate work that comes our way in this neighborhood. Most of our clients are just regular people from around Agashi Road or the nearby societies. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby too. It's a simple setup. We deal with the documents, check the land records, and try to keep our files in some kind of order. Sometimes the computer acts up and we have to wait for it to restart, which gives us a chance to stare out at the traffic. It’s just how things go for a small office like ours. We keep things steady.
