Peacock Land Developers

Peacock Land Developers is based out of Shop No.1 in Shanti Garden, which is part of the Lodha Heaven area. We’re right near the Ninjay Railway, so you can always hear the trains passing by if you listen closely enough. Manpada is a busy place these days, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our shop isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about land and what’s available around here. It’s a lot of back and forth, honestly. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back on so we can get back to the computers. It’s just the way things are. We’ve got some posters on the walls and a lot of dust that seems to come in from the street no matter how much we clean. People stop by after getting off the train or while they’re out running errands in Lodha Heaven. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just know the local land market and we try to give people the straight facts without any of that fancy talk. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working the desk and going out to look at plots when we need to. Shop No.1 is usually open until late evening unless we have to be out on a site somewhere, which happens more often than not lately.
