Our place is over in Vasai East, specifically in the Rajashree Industrial Estate. We actually take up quite a bit of space, using units 1 through 7 in Building B. It is a short walk from Sativali Road and not too far from Agarwal Hospital, so it is easy enough for people to find us. We have been doing engineering work here for a long time. Having so many units means we can spread out different parts of the process, from the initial cutting to the final assembly. It gets pretty busy, especially with the sound of the machines running all day long. We aren't the type of place with carpets and air-conditioned offices everywhere; it is a working factory environment. You will see guys in overalls moving parts between the units and plenty of raw materials stacked up near the entrance. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, but we try to talk about it in a way that makes sense to everyone. The heat in Vasai can be a bit much in the afternoon, but we have our fans going and everyone just stays focused on the task. We started out small and just kept adding units as we needed more room for our machines. It’s a straightforward operation. We just want to make sure the engineering parts we produce are solid and do what they are meant to do. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs.
