Upcon Engineers & Contractors

We are located over at 402 in the Maharaja Kanungo Estate. It's in Mira Road East, which is part of the Thane district. If you know the area, it’s a fairly busy residential and commercial mix. Upcon Engineers & Contractors is the name on the door. Most of our time is spent on engineering details or managing different contracting jobs around the city. The office is usually a bit of a mess with site plans, hard hats, and measuring tapes scattered around. We don’t really have a fancy reception area because most of our work happens out on the field or at the drafting tables. Working as contractors means we are always juggling schedules and making sure materials show up where they are supposed to. Thane is a huge place, and Mira Road is always expanding, so there is never a shortage of stuff to look at. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we know the neighbors well. It’s a solid place to work from. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby shop, and then it’s back to the blueprints. We aren't a giant corporate firm, just a group of people who know how to build things and fix technical problems. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a project is nearing a deadline, but that is just how the engineering life goes for us.
