Naminath Engineering Private Limited is based at Plot No. 126 in the Krishna Sudama Industrial Estate. If you are in Navghar, Vasai East, you will find us right opposite Kapoor Automobiles. The factory is a large, open space filled with machines that hum and clatter all day long. We have a crew of workers who know these machines inside and out. It is a very hands-on environment. There is no air conditioning in the main shop, so we rely on big industrial fans to keep things cool. We make various metal parts and components for other companies. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is necessary work. The office area is just a small partitioned space where we handle the logistics and the payroll. We spend most of our time out on the floor making sure everything is running right. Vasai East is a major hub for this kind of work, and being opposite Kapoor Automobiles makes it easy for delivery trucks to find us. We see vehicles coming and going at all hours. We’ve been here for a good number of years and have built up a steady routine. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just look at the orders, plan the production, and get to work. It’s an honest way to make a living. The industrial estate is our world and we are comfortable in it.
