MXP LAND DEVELOPERS LLP

MXP Land Developers LLP is situated in Vasai Road West. We have a small shop office, Shop No. A 02, in a building called Maryland Residency. It’s right near the Bhavola Kaul Sity Circle, which is a landmark most people in Vasai know well. The address is 602/2, and it’s a ground-floor spot, so people often just wander in to ask about land. Being in a residential building like Maryland Residency means we see our neighbors every day. The office is quite small, honestly. We’ve got a couple of desks, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of cabinets for the property papers. Vasai has been changing a lot lately, and there’s always some new development happening. We spend our days tracking these changes and dealing with land parcels. The circle outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people heading to the station. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t have a website or anything like that that we check often; we prefer talking to people face-to-face. The shop gets a bit dusty because it’s so close to the road, but we keep it tidy enough. It’s a practical location for us since we can reach most of our sites quickly from here. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the growth in the area and handling things one day at a time.
