MSMR ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in the Jewel Arista complex, specifically in the Garnet building, room I/705. We’re out in Soniwali, which is an area that's seen a lot of new buildings lately. MSMR Engineering and Construction is an OPC, so it’s a pretty small operation. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others keeping things going. Soniwali is a bit further out for some people, but it’s where we decided to set up shop. The Jewel Arista complex is one of the newer spots around here, and being in the Garnet building gives us a place to focus on the engineering side of things. We aren't the type to spend money on fancy advertisements or big signs. We just have our space in I/705 and we do our work from there. Most of our day involves looking at technical drawings or talking to suppliers on the phone. The construction side of the business keeps us moving from one site to another, so the office is really just the hub for the administrative stuff. It’s a basic setup, nothing corporate or overly polished. We prefer it that way. It’s a way to run a business without adding too much cost. If you ever find yourself in Soniwali looking for Jewel Arista, that’s where you’ll find us. We’re usually around during the day, unless we’re out checking on a project. It’s a quiet life here in Garnet, but we stay busy enough with the work.
