METRO HOMES REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at R.NO.B/410 in Sai Deep Apt, which is in the Alkapuri Achole part of Vasai. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been here for a bit now. Being out here in Thane-401209, you get used to the noise and the crowd. METRO HOMES REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is just us working from this office, mostly looking at papers and talking to people who walk in. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Some days are slow, other days we have a lot of people asking about nearby places. The office isn't huge but it fits us. We usually spend the morning catching up on calls and then maybe go out to see some sites around Vasai if the weather isn't too bad. The rain here can be quite something in the monsoon, so we end up stuck inside more than we'd like. Our address in Maharashtra is easy to find if you know the landmark. We don’t do much fancy stuff, just handle the real estate things that come our way. People around here know where we are. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but that is what we do. We share the building with other families and businesses, so it feels like a community. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs and just talk about how the neighborhood is changing so fast lately. It’s a lot of work, but someone has to do it.
