Maurya Navbhumi Infra is over in Vasai East. Our office is in the Waliv area, inside the Rashmi Banglow Complex, unit B-27. It’s a bit of a trip from the main city, but we like being out here in Thane. It’s a different vibe than central Mumbai. We do a lot of infrastructure work. Our office is pretty simple. It has what we need—a few tables, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't spend a lot on fancy decor because we’d rather be out in the field. Most days, someone is heading out to a site while someone else stays back to answer the phone. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just show up and do the work. The Waliv area is quite industrial and busy, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local rhythms. It isn’t always easy, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rains or other issues, but we just keep pushing forward. We take pride in just being a local business that people can talk to without any fuss. It’s just how we operate. We keep things practical and stay focused on the tasks we have in front of us every single day.
