MAHAVIR MAHALAXMI LAND DEVELOPERS LLP is located over in Vasai Road West. We are in Kanti Enclave, which is in the area people call Lalgodown. Our office is on the ground floor, taking up flats G1 and G2. Being on the ground floor is nice because it stays a bit cooler during the hot months, and it is easy for people to just walk in. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few partners who work together on land development projects around Vasai. The office is pretty basic with some desks, chairs, and lots of files organized in cabinets. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit waiting at the door. Most days, one of us is out in the field looking at a plot of land while the others handle the documents here. Vasai is a good place to work, even if the traffic near the station can be a real mess sometimes. We get our tea from the stall across the road and spend a lot of time discussing the local land rules. It is a slow process sometimes, and you need a lot of patience to deal with all the different departments. We just take things one day at a time and try to be as practical as possible. We don't do much advertising; most of our work comes from people who already know us in the neighborhood.
