Mahadik Infrastructure Private Limited

This is mostly a family operation run out of our home in Chinchani. Our office address is house number 812 and it belongs to Pandurang Tukaram Mahadik. We are in the Kadegaon area of Sangli. Life here in the village is quiet and we like it that way. We do infrastructure work like building local roads and small projects that help the people in the taluka. We are not a big city company with fancy offices and glass windows. We use what we have and we know just about everyone in Chinchani and Wangi. My father started this business and now the rest of us help out with the daily tasks. Most of our business meetings happen over a cup of tea on the front porch. We do not have a formal reception or a secretary. If someone needs us they just come to the house and ask. We spend a lot of our time out in the sun at the different work sites around Palus. The weather really tells us what to do each day. If it is raining too hard we stay inside and work on the accounts. It is very practical work and we make sure things are done right because we have to live here and see our neighbors every day. Sangli is our home and we have been part of this community for a long time. There is no marketing here.
