Our facility is located in Building Number 1C at the Shreenath K T Industrial Park. This is in the Bilalpada and Gauraipada area of Vasai East. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where the industrial heart of the region is. We have a good amount of space in this unit for our operations. M-I Enterprises, and specifically our Sweco India division, has been based here for several years. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. We have the shop floor where all the heavy lifting happens and a small section for our administrative tasks. Vasai East is full of these kinds of industrial parks, and there is a real sense of community among the workers here. We do not have any fancy decorations or a big corporate lobby. We just focus on the engineering work we are supposed to do. The weather can be quite tough in the monsoon, and the roads get a bit messy, but we never stop our work. Most of our staff lives in the nearby areas, so they know the neighborhood well. We are not interested in flashy advertisements or promotional talk. We just show up every day and make sure everything is running smoothly. It is a long day’s work, but we are used to the pace of the industrial park. We just keep things moving forward without any unnecessary complications or fancy words.
