Kotian Realtors Llp is based over in Vasai Road at Manav Mandir on Ambadi Road. Specifically, our office is in Shetal C/211. It’s a decent area and there are always people moving around outside. Vasai has changed a lot lately with more buildings going up everywhere you look. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. We handle real estate things for folks around here. Usually, someone drops in to ask about a flat or some land nearby. We try to keep track of what's available on the market. Ambadi Road is pretty central so it is convenient for people to find us. We've been in this building for some time now. It gets a bit crowded during peak hours on the street. Inside, it's mostly just us and our files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to see how things look. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs for visitors and our desks. Working in Vasai means you see a mix of old and new developments. We just try to help people figure out their housing or shop needs without making it too difficult. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a regular day-to-day life for us here at Shetal.
