Kanesa Edifice is a small operation located at Shop No 10 in Siti Point on Kacheri Road. We’re right here in Palghar. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters, just this shop where we manage our building projects. Most of the time, the office is empty because we’re out at different sites checking on the progress of the work. Palghar is growing fast, so there’s always something that needs to be done. We started this because we knew the area and saw how much work was needed. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to put up good buildings that last. The office gets a bit dusty with all the files and samples, but that’s normal for a construction business like ours. We don't use any fancy software if a pen and paper will do the trick. We talk to the local guys, hire local workers, and try to keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck breaks down, and we just have to deal with it and move on. That’s life here. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just tell people where we are and what we can do. If you’re walking down Kacheri Road, you’ll probably see us there. We’re just a local business trying to do honest work and stay busy throughout the year without any fuss.
