Kanaudi Constructions Private Limited

We are based out of Nallasopara East in a room at Amardeep Apartment. It is part of Sankeshwar Nagar, which is usually a pretty busy area with lots of people moving around. Our office is not some big glass building you see in the movies. It is just room number 304, where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. Being in Thane, we spend a lot of time traveling between Nallasopara and other spots. Kanaudi Constructions Private Limited is mostly just a few of us who know how to handle the local building work. We do not have a fancy front desk or a bunch of people in suits. Most days, the place is a bit messy with blueprints and maybe some tea cups left over from a long morning. We deal with the regular headaches of construction, like finding good workers and making sure materials show up on time when the traffic is bad. People around Achole know where we are if they need to talk about a project. We have been in this neighborhood for a while now. It is a practical setup for us because we live nearby too. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs done without making a big fuss about it. There is always noise from the street outside, but we are used to it by now. It is just how things are here.
