Our small office is located in Shanti Kunj App, right here in Palghar. We are Kamalaja Infradevelopers Private Limited. Being in Building No. 203, we’re tucked away a bit but easy enough to find if you know the Palghar-Thane area. We spend most of our mornings checking on various infrastructure sites and the afternoons are for meetings. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling the development side of things. Palghar is growing fast, and we’re part of that change, mostly doing the practical groundwork. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and site reports. It’s a busy environment but we prefer it that way. We’ve been based in this apartment complex for some time now. It’s convenient for reaching different parts of the district. We handle the usual headaches of permits and planning without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the rains make work difficult, especially around here, so we have to plan around the seasons. We just focus on getting the jobs done. If you walk into our place, you'll likely see someone on the phone or looking over a table full of sketches. It’s how we’ve always worked. No fluff, just day-to-day construction and development tasks. We also have to manage the accounts and the workers' schedules, which takes up a lot of our evening time. It's a full day every day for us and we just keep moving forward.
