KAILASI BUIDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We run Kailasi Builders and Developers Private Limited from a regular apartment in Nallasopara East. The office is actually D-107 in Shri Samarth Apartment, located on Tulinj Road near Keshri Park. It is not a flashy commercial building, but it gives us a quiet place to handle all the development projects we have going on. Most of our day is spent checking on different sites around Thane and then coming back here to finish up the paperwork. Vasai is a growing area and there is always some new construction happening. Tulinj Road can get really crowded with traffic, but we are used to it by now. We are not the type of people who use big corporate words. My desk is usually a mess of site drawings and old receipts. Living and working in this part of Nallasopara means you get to know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It is a lively neighborhood and there is always noise coming in from the street. We have been at this address for a good bit of time, so locals know where to find us. Kailasi Builders is just a small team of us putting in the hours every day. We do not have a marketing budget or a fancy reception desk. We just focus on the bricks and mortar side of things. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get the work done.
