We set up K P Estate Agency in Shop Number 7 at Pushpa Niketan. It’s right there in Timba, Bhayander East, not too far from Maxes Mall. Being near the mall makes it easy for people to spot us when they’re out doing their shopping. We deal with local properties and help people find places to live or work. The shop isn't huge, but it’s got enough room for a couple of chairs and a table where we can look at floor plans and documents. It’s a neighborhood spot, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. We just tell people what’s available and what the situation is. Bhayander East has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings going up all the time. We try to keep track of it all. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we give it a sweep and keep moving. It’s a straightforward business. We like being on the ground floor because people can just poke their heads in and ask a question without having to climb stairs. We’ve helped a lot of families move into the area over the years. It’s just us doing our job in the community, nothing more to it than that. We just stay here and work hard to keep everything in order.
