Jkns Land Developers Private Limited is based in Jawhar, specifically in the Jambhul Vihir area. We are located care of Shaikh Rashid Mohamad in this part of Thane district. Jawhar is a beautiful place, but it can be quite a challenge for land development because of the terrain and the distance from the main hubs. Our office is a modest setup where we handle all the land-related business for this region. We aren't a big corporate office with receptionists and coffee machines. It’s more of a place where you sit down and talk through things over a simple desk. We deal with the local government offices a lot, which involves plenty of waiting and filling out forms. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we’ve learned to be patient with it. Being in a place like Jambhul Vihir means we are close to the land we work on, which is exactly how we like it. We just try to keep things moving and be helpful to the folks around here.
