Jepeo Construction is run out of Sudha Enclave in Virar West. We’re in the B 20 unit, which isn't the biggest office, but it works for what we do. Ashishkumar and the rest of us handle the day-to-day construction tasks across the Thane area. Virar is growing so fast, and there’s always someone needing a wall built or a floor laid. We don't have a receptionist or a big sales team. If you call, you’re probably talking to one of us who was just on a ladder or checking a shipment of bricks. Y. K. Nagar NX is a busy neighborhood, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the heat in the afternoons makes the site work slow down, but we find ways to keep the projects moving. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff that lasts. We don't use much jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the plans, figure out the materials, and get to work. Dealing with the commute in Thane is a challenge, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a local business making our way, one brick at a time, without any of that corporate polish you see in the city. There's always some paperwork or a permit issue to sort out, but that's just part of the daily grind for us here in Virar. We stick to our schedules as best we can.
