If you are looking for us, we are in Satyam Apartment, specifically Unit A-04. It is right on Achhole Road in Nallasopara East, near Chhedapark. This part of Palghar is always crowded and there is a lot of energy in the streets, which we kind of like. Jayant Projects Private Limited is run out of this ground floor flat, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have the usual stuff like desks and computers, but there is also a kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. The walls are covered with project schedules and some old calendars. It is not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is when we need it. Being in Nallasopara means we are close to the station, so it is easy for the guys to get here from other parts of Thane or Mumbai. The rain can be a real problem around here in the summer, sometimes flooding the road outside, but we just keep going. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything. Most people know us because they have seen our projects or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just do the work, deal with the daily headaches of construction, and try to keep things moving along. It is just a regular local business trying to stay busy and get things right.
