Our shop is located at number 5 in Bhayander East, specifically in the K N Extension area on the corner of 1st Cross and 1st Main. It is a small space, nothing too big or flashy. We have been working here for quite some time, helping people find places to live or work around this part of town. Real estate here changes fast, and we try to keep up with what is happening on every street. The shop itself is pretty basic. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old files where we keep track of everything. It gets quite noisy during the day with the traffic and the people walking by outside. We spend a lot of our time out of the office, actually walking to different buildings to check on rooms or meeting with owners. It is a lot of running around in the heat. Bhayander East is a crowded place, but we like the energy of it. We don’t use any big words or fancy sales pitches when we talk to clients. We just show people what is available and let them decide for themselves. Sometimes we sit outside on the stool when it is quiet and just watch the street life. It is a simple way of doing business. Most of our clients come to us because they saw our sign or someone they know told them about us. We just take it one day at a time.
