We operate out of Khan Real Estate No 5 in Village Pelhar, over in Vasai. Specifically, we're in Gala No CC 10. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from central Thane, but it's where the space is. Modular work needs room, and we have enough here to get things built. We handle the assembly and the planning. It's mostly kitchens and cabinets, the kind of things people need for their homes. We aren't a big showroom. Our place is more of a workshop where things actually get made. You’ll hear saws running and see a lot of sawdust. It’s honest work. We have a small crew. Most of the guys have been with us since we opened up in S No 134. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the middle of putting a frame together. Pelhar is growing fast, so there's always demand. We just try to keep up with the orders coming in. Sometimes things get delayed with suppliers, which is frustrating, but we do what we can. We’re just regular people trying to make a living in Vasai. We don't do big fancy presentations. We just show you the wood and the hardware we’re using. It’s easier that way. No need to make things more complicated than they are. We just focus on the next unit that needs to go out.
