Gurudas Dandekar

Our small setup is located at B/05, Tulsi Apt on Navghar Road. Being right near Sneha Hospital means there is always some activity happening outside our door. Gurudas Dandekar started this quite some time ago. It is not a fancy office with big signs or glass windows. We just have a simple desk and some chairs where we handle the daily work. Bhayandar East is a busy area and the noise from the street sometimes comes inside, but we have gotten used to it. We don't have a big team of people. It is mostly just us taking care of whatever needs to be done that day. Sometimes we stay a bit later if the work piles up, but we don't mind. The building is one of those older ones in the neighborhood, so everyone around here knows where it is. We don't spend any time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them to come here. It is a practical way to run things. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving. There is no complicated system here. We just write things down and make sure they get finished. It is a very local way of doing business, and it suits us just fine. We like the regular routine of the neighborhood.
