We are located out in Naigaon East, which is part of the Palghar district. Our place is at Survey Number 35 in the Khutadipada area, near Chinchoti. It is a bit of a journey to get here from the main parts of Mumbai, but we like the extra space we have. The air is a bit different out here too. We have a practical workspace where we handle all our fashion and garment work. It is not a corporate office with glass walls. It is a building where people are actually working with their hands. We have several sewing stations and a big area for cutting fabric. There are usually piles of cloth in different colors sitting on the tables. Our team consists of people from the nearby villages. We all work together to get the orders finished on time. The heat can be quite something during the summer months, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We don't have any fancy titles here. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit muddy when it rains heavily, which makes deliveries a little tricky. But we are used to the local conditions. We focus on making clothes that are simple and comfortable for everyday use. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job and making sure the stitching is strong.
