Garmera Clothing Private Limited is our small company. We are based out in Vasai East, which is part of the Thane district. Specifically, we are in Shailesh Industrial Estate No. 2. Our unit is Gala No. 25, and it’s on the first floor. The industrial estate is a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their shifts. There’s always the sound of machinery and trucks. Our space is basically a big room where we handle all the clothing work. We’ve got cutting tables and sewing stations set up. It’s not a place for visitors really, just a place for work. Navghar is the local area, and it’s grown a lot over the years. We’ve been here for a while now. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning and plush chairs. It’s an industrial gala, so it’s practical and a bit rough around the edges. We spend our days managing orders and checking the quality of the clothes. It’s a lot of standing and moving around. We aren't corporate people. We are just workers who know the clothing business. Sometimes the power goes out or the deliveries are late, but we just keep going. It’s an honest living and we don't try to sugarcoat it. We just focus on getting the garments made and out the door on time.
