Out in the industrial belt of Tarapur, you’ll find us at Plot Number D-1 in the MIDC area. Eland Fashion operates from this facility in Awadh Nagar. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where the heavy-duty production takes place. The plot is quite large, giving us enough room for our manufacturing units and storage. It’s an industrial landscape, so there aren't many trees or fancy parks around, just factories and warehouses. Inside our gates, it’s all about the production cycle. We have different sections for cutting, stitching, and quality control. The machines are running for most of the day, and there’s a constant hum in the air. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. Our office is just a simple room with a few desks and a lot of files. We focus on large-scale work, so our days are filled with managing manpower and raw materials. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the fabric arrives on time and the finished goods leave on schedule. The weather in Tarapur can be quite harsh, but we’ve set up the shed to be as comfortable as possible for the workers. We aren't here to win any beauty contests with our building. We are here to produce garments efficiently and keep our commitments to the people we work with.
