We’ve been over at C 31 Jatayu Chs in Sector No 5 for a while now. It’s part of the Srishti area on Mira Road out in Thane. People usually just call us City Info Property Services Pvt Ltd. It's a busy spot here in 401107. We handle stuff related to properties, mostly local things that come up day to day. It’s not a big fancy office, just us working through the paperwork and meeting people who live around here. Sometimes the traffic on Mira Road gets a bit much, but we like being in this part of Thane. We started out just trying to help with property bits and it grew into this. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a flat or some maintenance issue. We keep it pretty simple. No big speeches or anything like that. We just show up at the office in Jatayu Chs and get to it. Some days are slower than others. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Sector 5 has more buildings now than when we first got the keys. It’s a decent place to work from. We know most of the neighbors by now. If you’re walking past Srishti, you might see our sign. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the property services moving along as well as we can. It's honest work and we've stayed in the same spot for quite some time.
