Choudhury Basu Ray

Choudhury Basu Ray is based out of Festival Complex, specifically at B 002. This is in Nalasupara East, over in Thane. The pin code is 401203, though some people just say Mumbai 401203 since it's all so close together. We've been in this unit for a bit. The complex gets really crowded on the weekends with people shopping. B 002 is on the lower level, so it’s easy for people to find us without wandering too much around the halls. The walls are a bit thin, so we can often hear the neighbors in the next unit over. It’s a decent spot, though. Nalasupara is always loud and full of people moving around. We spend a lot of time here just handling things. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just where we set up our desks. The light in the morning is okay, but by the afternoon, we usually have to turn the big lights on. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making tea during the day. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the complex is so large, but we eventually get it. Being in Thane, the weather is mostly humid, which we just get used to after a while. We don't have any flashy signs. Just the name Choudhury Basu Ray at the entrance of B 002. It’s a practical place to work and we’re happy to be here in Festival Complex.
