We are based out of Anant Kiran Apartment on Ambadi Road. It's in Vasai, right in the thick of things. Flat 3/A is where the main office for Chanisa Contractors is. We’ve been operating in the Thane area for some time now. Dealing with contracting work means your schedule is never really your own. One day you're dealing with plumbing issues and the next it's a full structural change. We try to keep a handle on everything from this small office. The traffic on Ambadi Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but it’s a good location for a business like ours. We have a few staff members who handle the accounts and the logistics. It's mostly paperwork here, while the real action happens out at the various sites we manage. We’ve seen Vasai grow quite a bit lately. Lots of new buildings going up and old ones being renovated. We stay pretty active with these types of jobs. It’s not a fancy setup we have, just some desks, computers, and a lot of files. We focus on the practical side of building things. There’s always something that needs fixing or a project that needs a bit more attention than expected. We just take it day by day and try to keep our clients updated. Being local helps because we know where to get the right materials without waiting forever for deliveries. We spend half our time on our phones making sure everything is moving.
