Bundi Habitat Private Limited

Our office for Bundi Habitat Private Limited is located in Boisar West. We are in the Shantivista complex, which is part of the Yashvant Srishti residential area. Specifically, we work out of Flat No. 104 in the B-Wing of Building Number 1. Boisar is an interesting place because it has grown so much lately, and being in a residential building like Shantivista helps us stay connected to the community. We use the flat as our main office, so it has a very homey feel to it. There is a small kitchen where we make our own tea, and the living room area has been turned into a workspace with a few tables and chairs. We focus on habitat and housing, so it makes sense for us to be right where people are living. Most of our work involves checking on construction progress or meeting with people who are looking for a new home. We don't have a big corporate budget for advertising. Instead, we just talk to people and let our work speak for itself. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxed. We don't have strict hours, and we often find ourselves working late into the evening if there is a lot to do. We like the quiet pace of Boisar compared to the city, and we are happy to be building something meaningful in this part of the world. It is a simple life, and we are fine with that.
