Out in Boisar, in the Thane district, you’ll find Bombay Rayon Fashions Limited. We are located in Kalindi Bhavan, specifically unit 301 in the Rishabh II part of Ostwal Empire. It’s a bit of a journey from Mumbai, but it’s where we operate. The building is one of those big complexes where a lot of different businesses are tucked together. Our floor is usually buzzing with people. We deal with rayon and other fabrics, so there’s always lint in the air. It’s a busy atmosphere. We have old desks and chairs that have seen better days. But they work fine for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the machines. Boisar is an industrial kind of place, so it fits what we do. It’s not pretty, but it’s functional. We have a small lunch room where we all cram in at one o'clock. The heat in Maharashtra can be tough, but we have big fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a high-flying corporate office with glass walls. We are just people in Thane trying to get the orders out. Every day is pretty much the same, and we’re okay with that. We know the routine and we stick to it. It’s an honest way to earn a living. We just keep the production lines running and handle the paperwork as it comes. It keeps us occupied and out of trouble.
