Binu Infrastructures Private Limited is based out of A 102 Shivniketan, which is part of the Shivshrushti Complex at RNP Park. If you know the area in Bhayander East, we are right near the Chopde Clinic. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a practical space where we handle the infrastructure side of things. We started this because we knew the local area and saw there was a lot of work to be done. Most of our time goes into coordinating crews and making sure we have enough supplies for the different jobs we have going on. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes we are dealing with mud and rain, and other times it’s just endless phone calls to suppliers who are running late. That’s just part of the deal. We try to be straightforward with people. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure things don't fall through the cracks. The complex gets busy during the day, so there’s always something happening around the office. We’ve seen Bhayander change a lot over the years. We’re just one of the local businesses trying to stay busy and do things right. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track, but we enjoy the challenge of building things that people actually use every day. We just keep the wheels turning one project at a time.
