You can find us over at the Keadarnath Building on 60 Feet Road. We've been operating out of this first shop for a good bit of time. Bhakti Developer is basically just a small team trying to handle property stuff in the Bhayander East area. It’s a busy road, so there is always noise outside our door. We deal with a lot of paperwork and talking to folks about where they want to live or build. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly sitting at desks and looking at site plans. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who comes in. There’s usually a pot of tea going and someone arguing about a blueprint. We know the neighborhood well because we live around here too. Dealing with land and buildings can be a headache, so we just try to take it one step at a time. No big corporate offices for us, just this one spot. We spend a lot of time out on sites making sure things are moving along. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just how construction goes. We don't promise anything we can't actually do. People know us in Bhayander for being around and actually answering the phone. If you need to find us, we’re right there on the ground floor. It’s a practical setup for a practical kind of business. We just keep moving forward with the next project.
