It is a decent spot in Karpewada. We started Bhagyodaya Training And Placement Academy because we saw a lot of young people in our neighborhood needing a bit of help to find steady work. We are not a big school with a huge campus or anything like that. It is more of a simple, functional space where we sit down and go through different training modules with whoever comes in. Vasai is a really busy place, and being near the temple road means there is always a lot of noise and life right outside our windows. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get here, but this is home for us. We handle both the teaching side and the job placement side, which keeps our small team quite busy most days of the week. As a private limited company, there is plenty of admin work and filing to do, but we prefer the time we spend actually talking to the trainees. We try to keep things very simple and honest.
