Our business is based out in Vasai, specifically in the Dalvi Nagar area near Chinchoti. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you’re coming from the city. The area is more industrial and open than central Mumbai. We are located at Survey No. 78, Hissa No. 3. Our office is a basic structure—nothing fancy at all. It’s mostly just a place for us to keep our equipment records and handle the logistics for our projects. We have a few desks and a lot of cabinets for all the documents we have to keep. Being out in Kolhi, it’s a bit quieter than the city, but there’s still plenty of dust and noise from the nearby worksites. We aren't the type of company that has a big marketing budget or polished presentations. We’re more about the actual work on the ground. Most of the guys are out in the field most of the day, so the office can feel a bit empty sometimes. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s about it for perks. It’s a practical setup for an infra company. We deal with the realities of construction every day, so we don't have time for corporate fluff. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we’re used to navigating them. It’s just how things are out here in Vasai. We just focus on the projects and getting things built properly.
