You can find us at Sanskruti Apartment in Nalasopara East. We have shop number 41/D on the ground level. It’s right on the 100 Feet Road in the Achole area. It’s a very active street with people walking by all the time and bikes zooming past the front door. We work on housing projects in the Palghar and Thane districts. It is a modest shop, not some high-rise office. We like being close to the street level because it makes it easier for people to just walk in and ask questions about the apartments we are working on. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks, and the fan is usually going full speed to keep the heat away. Nalasopara is a busy place, and being on 100 Feet Road means we are right in the middle of the action. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just focus on getting the housing units finished and making sure the records are correct. Sometimes the monsoon makes it hard to get around the Achole area, but the office stays dry. We know most of the other shop owners around Sanskruti Apartment. It’s a friendly enough spot. We just come in, do the work, and talk to whoever stops by. It’s a basic setup that suits us just fine for the kind of work we do every day.
