If you look for Astoria Buildcon Private Limited, you’ll find us in Virar East, right beside the Ganapati Mandir. We are in Shop No.3 of the Tiwari Estate, which is across from Parekh Industries. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of Thane, but we stay busy enough. The office is just a simple room where we manage our buildcon projects. Having the temple nearby is nice for the atmosphere. We spend our time managing the details of various construction jobs. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a delivery note. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything. It’s mostly just calendars on the wall and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat about a project. The 401303 Ata area near Narangi Ph is where we do most of our running around. It gets quite dusty with all the development happening, but that's just part of the job. We try to stay on top of the schedule, though things often take longer than expected because of the weather or transport delays. That's just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get the houses and buildings up correctly. It's a steady pace of work. We mostly just talk about the current tasks and what needs to happen tomorrow.
