We are located in Shop No. 12 at Sunshine Park. It’s on Station Road in Vasai, so it’s a very convenient spot for anyone coming off the train. The building is No. 01 in the complex. Being on Station Road means there is never a quiet moment. There are always people rushing to catch a train or coming home from work. Our shop is small and simple. We deal with reality and property matters around the Vasai area and the wider Thane district. We get a lot of walk-ins because of where we are. People stop by on their way to the station just to ask a quick question or see what’s available. We don't have a corporate setup. It’s just a few desks and some files stacked up. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing people different flats or plots of land. Vasai is a mix of old and new, and we try to keep up with all the changes. Some days are just filled with endless paperwork and others are spent walking around under the sun. We like the energy of Station Road. It keeps us on our toes. We don’t do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people just seeing our sign or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a local business and we plan to keep it that way. We usually have the fan running high because it gets quite warm in the afternoons.
