We are located out in Boisar, specifically at House No. 414/3. It is a local operation here in the Palghar area, and we have been here for a while now. We deal with the building and developing of land, which keeps our small team pretty busy through most of the year. Managing construction projects in this part of Maharashtra involves a lot of logistics and dealing with the local weather patterns. We have our files and our plans, and we just follow them through until the houses or shops are actually finished. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or supply issues, but that is just part of the job. We don't make any big, empty promises. We just show up every day and do the work that is required of us. It’s a small operation here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything to keep things moving. We take care of the paperwork and keep our ears to the ground.
