You can find us on Sativali Main Road, specifically in Gala No 3 on the ground floor of the A wing in Luthria House. We are right behind the Hyundai showroom, which is usually the easiest way to explain where we are to people who aren't familiar with the street. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of movement. Trucks, cars, and people going to work in the various units around here. Our office is a simple setup. We focus on homes and real estate in the Vasai and Thane region. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We don't have a big reception or fancy coffee machines. We just have some chairs and our desks where we try to sort out property matters for the locals. The area around Sativali is quite industrial and busy, but it’s where a lot of the growth is happening. We spend time visiting different project sites and checking on things for people. It’s hard work and the days are long. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and people know where to find us. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs to look at a flat or sell some land, we sit down and talk it through. No big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized with all the files.
