Our place is located in SaiBaba Chawl, over in Sr.No. 77/2. It is quite close to the Swayam SidhAshram in Vasai. If you are from around here, you know the area can be a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. It's local and real. We deal with properties and land around Thane and Vasai mostly. Working out of a chawl area means we are right there with the community. There’s no shiny glass building here. Just a simple room where we keep our files and meet people who need help with their housing. The road gets a bit dusty in the summer and muddy when the rains hit, but that’s just how it is in this part of Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time out on the field, looking at different sites and talking to owners. It's not a desk job for us. We’re usually running around from one spot to another. Vasai is growing so much lately, and there’s always something new happening. We started this because we knew the area well. We aren't trying to be some giant company. We just do our work, talk to our neighbors, and help people find what they need. Sometimes we sit outside and have tea while waiting for clients. It’s a quiet life but busy enough to keep us going every day. You can find us near the Ashram if you're looking. We keep the lights on late most nights.
