Aaradhya Finance And Realty Private Limited is based in Virar, specifically on Agashi Road. We are in the Lokprabhat Complex, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Thane. Our office is actually Flat No. 304 in the B/18 building. Since it was originally an apartment, it has a bit of a homey feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. We deal with both finance and real estate, so there is always something different happening. One day we are looking at loan papers, and the next we are checking out a new building project nearby. The area around Agashi Road is quite busy, with plenty of shops and people moving around all day. Inside, we have our desks set up in the main room. We try to keep things organized, but with two different sides to the business, the paperwork can get a bit messy. We drink a lot of tea and usually have the window open to let in some air, even if it brings in the noise from the street. We aren't a big, polished firm with a bunch of executives. We are just a few people who know the Virar area well and work out of this flat. It’s a straightforward operation. We do our work, talk to the locals, and try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door.
