Aai Builders And Developers Private Limited started out because we saw how many people needed actual houses in Nallasopara East. We are located right at S.No.129/11 in Walepada, which is a bit of a trek if you aren't used to the area. Janardhan Patil's place is where we set things up. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular office where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the fans make a lot of noise and the tea gets cold before we can drink it because someone walks in with a problem. Bhilalpada is a busy place and there is always something going on outside. We spend most of our mornings looking at site plans and talking to contractors who come and go. It gets pretty dusty around here during the summer months. Most of us have lived around here for a long time so we know the shortcuts and which shops have the good snacks. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the buildings and making sure the bricks show up on time. It is hard work and sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting stuck in the mud or a permit taking longer than it should. But that is just how it is in this business. We just keep showing up every day at Walepada and doing what needs to be done for the next project.
