Siju Building Materials

Siju Building Materials is located in the Aa.V. Building. We’re right near the Municipal Bus Stand, which is a very busy spot. There are always buses coming and going, so the area is never really quiet. Being so close to the bus stand is good because everyone knows where that is. We have our supplies stacked up and ready for whoever needs them. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s more of a working yard and office where things happen quickly. We’ve been operating from this building for quite a while now. Most days involve talking to contractors or locals who are doing some repairs. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell building materials. If someone needs sand, bricks, or cement, they come to us. We try to keep things organized, but in this line of work, there’s always a bit of grit and dust around. The staff here is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don’t really do any big advertising campaigns. We just rely on being in a good location and treating people fairly. When the sun goes down and the buses stop running as often, we finally get a bit of peace to tidy up for the next day. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by its customers in our part of town.
