Our agency is located on Kuthampully Road in Thiruvilwamala. It is a relatively quiet area compared to the big cities, but there is always something going on. We operate out of a modest building that suits our needs. Most of the time, you'll find us sorting through orders or talking to people who stop by the office. It is a local business, so we know many of the faces that pass by our door. The road outside can get a bit dusty in the dry season and muddy when the rains come, but that is just how it is here. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or a polished reception area. There is just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of ledgers. Thiruvilwamala has its own pace, and we tend to follow it. We handle a variety of items, acting as the middle link in the chain. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of deliveries. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to spend the afternoon figuring out why. The roof makes a bit of noise when the wind picks up, but we are used to it. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take the work as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to do our part in this community on Kuthampully Road. We've been here for many years now and know the area well.
