You can find us on the first floor of shop 53 in Harsh Vihar, right across from the J & K Bank. Pitampura is a fast place, and we are tucked away upstairs. It's a beauty and wellness spot, but it’s not like those big chains you see in malls. We are more of a local clinic. We do skin treatments and some wellness things that help people feel a bit better about themselves. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you are inside, it’s a decent space. We have separate rooms for different things. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a little noise, but it keeps the place cool. We’ve been here for a bit now. Most of our clients are women from the surrounding apartments. They come in for skin stuff or just to relax for an hour. We don’t have a big front desk team, usually just one person who handles the appointments and the phone. It’s quiet and we like it that way. We use standard products and keep things hygienic. It's not about being fancy. We just want to make sure people get what they came for. If you live in Harsh Vihar, you’ve probably walked past our sign many times. It's a simple, honest business. We take appointments mostly because it helps us manage the time better for everyone. That's just how we do things.
